Catherine Bergeret-Galley is one of the few female plastic surgeons in Paris. She is married, with three children. Dr. Bergeret Galley is passionate about her work in plastic and reconstructive surgery. "Enhancing, and making patients more attractive is my goal. I take the time to listen to their deepest concerns, to evaluate the defect they are worried about and often see as a handicap. I want to enhance the lives of my patients.

Who am I?
I am a woman of 55 years, divorced and now single. I have an interesting work, grown-up children, and I am dating a very nice man.
I gave myself a facelift as a 50 year birthday present, and that was the best thing I have ever done. I look now more alert, happier and have an overall more fresh appearance. I can tell from the interaction with the men around me, that it really made a difference.
I have stepped forward and taken my place and position in the discussions at my work, I have more self-confidence and people are now listening to me.
My sex life has improved tremendously. The last years of my marriage, I thought that I was finished as a woman, and our sex life had totally disintegrated. But when I saw myself naked in the mirror, I could also see why. My abdomen was shapeless and the skin looked like a prune after giving birth to three children. My breasts were two empty bags, and my vagina which had been cut and not properly sewn together after one of my pregnancies, couldn't any longer give me pleasure.
The answer to this became a tummy tuck, a breast lift with implants, and a repair and renovation of my vagina. The cost of this was split between me and my ex husband, as it was also his children that I had borne.
I can now see myself in the mirror with joy (even naked) and I have a sex life even better than when I was 20!
Of major importance for my decision to go ahead with all this surgery, was my long consultations with Dr. Bergeret-Galley, who herself a mother of three, could really understand my situation.
I now feel like I has been reborn again and I am enjoying every day of my life.
